Huntington University’s Doctorate of Occupational Therapy Program is inviting applications for full time, tenure track, Program Director position to begin in Summer 2019 – Fall 2019 for the Peoria, Arizona location.
Successful applicants must have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and an understanding of the integration of faith and professional practice. The candidate must currently hold an Arizona licensed (or eligible) occupational therapist with a post-professional degree (PhD, EdD, OTD) from a regionally accredited program. Applicants must have demonstrated successful academic appointment (minimum of 3 years) and clinical experience (minimum of 8 years) with expertise, scholarship, and administrative experience. The ideal candidate should also have strong interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication, and the ability to operate as part of a dynamic, driven team with high standards for academic excellence.
Huntington’s OTD program is located in a spacious, 30,000-square-foot building in Peoria, Arizona which also houses the bachelor's degree programs in digital media arts. The building has over $3 million in renovations and technology invested. The three-story structure, along with ample free parking, is located in the West Valley just off the 101 at Bell Road.
