Occupational Therapist, Salaried $70k – $85k

Arbor Therapy is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team!  We provide Speech, Occupational, Music and Physical Therapy to a predominantly pediatric population.  As an OT, you will provide services to clients referred for cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders including recovery, improvement in function and/or return to a prior level of functioning.  Arbor Therapy has clinics in the east and west valley and provide excellent care to infants through adulthood.  Our clinics feature feeding kitchens, Fun Factory gyms, sensory rooms and many other tools for our therapists.  We have excellent benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance, gym memberships, PTO and sick pay, and 401k.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate rehabilitation of clients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
• Monitor and assess rehabilitative programs
• Convey treatment results and client progress to relevant parties
• Organize and update client records
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Conduct thorough OT evaluations and develop a plan of care
• Potentially supervise OTAs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in occupational therapy (pediatric preferred)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Passion to help and motivate others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organization and multitasking skills
• AZ State OT license
• CPR/Fingerprint Card/Article 9 Certificate (or within 30 days of hire)
• Pass background check
• Bilingual a PLUS
