Occupational Therapist – FT

Provides occupational therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain occupational skills. The  Occupational Therapist assesses the functional needs of the patients and sets appropriate goals for that patient;  provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as needed;  and reassesses patient's functional needs and adjusts care plan as indicated to ensure optimal patient outcome.
