The Arizona Occupational Therapy Association (ArizOTA) is a non-profit state organization for licensed and certified Occupational Therapy practitioners and students. Donations made to The Arizona Occupational Therapy Association, a 501(c) (3) organization, Tax ID number 35-2173834, are tax deductible.
Occupational therapists work in a variety of settings throughout our community such as: hospitals, nursing homes, public/private school systems, out-patient clinics, wellness centers, home health, and psychiatric treatment facilities. We assist individuals to achieve maximal independence in their everyday lives.
The Arizona Occupational Therapy Association is seeking donations from the community for our upcoming conference on September 23-24, 2016.
ArizOTA will gladly accept any donation that your business can contribute, such as gift certificates, gift baskets, or individual items. These donations will be raffled off at our State Conference. The proceeds will help promote the professional growth of our members and, therefore, promote the quality of care in the health care systems and communities of the state of Arizona. We thank you for your donation(s), please contact us if you have further items or have any questions. Donations will be accepted until the first day of the conference.
Thank you again for your time and generosity.
