2021 ArizOTA Fall Conference

Course recordings are available via the Whova mobile or web app. You have access to the recorded sessions from the day(s) you registered for. Access the videos by viewing the agenda, selecting a course, and choosing Recorded Video. Poster presentations are also still available. All content can be accessed up until January 16, 2022. 

CEU Certificates

To obtain your CEU certificate(s), please complete BOTH of these steps:
  1. Complete a Conference Evaluation Survey specific to the way you attended Fall Conference: In Person OR Virtual
  2. Complete a CEU Attestation Form. Please note, you will complete this form up to two times: 1. To attest to the courses you attended LIVE; and 2. To attest to the RECORDED courses you attend BEFORE January 16, 2022. Detailed instructions can be found at the top of the Attestation Form. All form submissions must be received by January 31, 2022.

Once we receive your submissions, ArizOTA will issue your digital CEU certificate within 2 weeks.
