Conference FAQ

How will I access live and recorded courses?

Both in-person and virtual participants will take part in live courses and pre-recorded poster presentations during the 2-day conference. After the conclusion of conference, all registrants will then be able to access the recorded versions of the sessions and the poster presentations through January 16, 2022. ALL sessions will be recorded.

Can I jump between tracks?

Due to logistical considerations, in-person participants must select and stick to one track per day during conference. Virtual participants can jump between tracks and view any of the live sessions. After conference and through January 16, 2022, all participants can view the recordings of any sessions they may have missed live.

What courses/CEs will I have access to?

Both in-person and virtual participants will have access to all the courses they attend during the two days of conference. Participants will also have access to recordings of all courses through January 16, 2022.

Participants can therefore earn CEUs from both and live and recorded courses, amounting to up to 55 CEUs if all available courses and poster presentations from both days are attended.

How will poster presentations be handled this year?

Poster presentations will be given in-person during conference, but images of the posters and any related content provided by the authors will also be available for viewing on Whova. Virtual participants will be able to discuss the presentations with the authors using interactive discussion boards on Whova.  All participants will be able to access the virtual posters on Whova through January 16, 2022.

How is my attendance at each course verified?

ArizOTA will verify attendance both in-person and virtually during Fall Conference. Each participant will complete an attestation form stating the courses attended in order to receive their CEU certificates.

How will I access handouts and other materials shared by presenters?

Handouts will be available within each course on Whova.

How will I receive my certificate of attendance?

In-person and virtual participants will attest to the LIVE courses they attended during the 2-day conference and will receive a digital CEU certificate within 2 weeks.
A second digital CEU certificate will be provided to reflect RECORDED courses completed between the end of Fall Conference and January 16, 2022. Once participants have viewed all desired recorded sessions, they will submit a second attestation to ArizOTA. ArizOTA will then send the second CEU certificate within 2 weeks.
Email office@arizota.org with special inquiries or questions.

Who do I contact if I experience technical difficulties during the conference?

For Zoom-related difficulties, visit the Zoom Help Center. For issues with Whova, contact ArizOTA at office@arizota.org or 623-937-0920.

What is ArizOTA doing to create a safe environment for in-person attendees?

ArizOTA is excited to return to in-person Fall Conference. However, we recognize the severity of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and take seriously our responsibility to meet in the safest way possible. Per CDC guidelines, we will require face masks for both vaccinated and unvaccinated participants. We will also require all in-person attendees to sign and abide by a Covid policy, which includes an agreement to not participate in person if symptomatic, recently exposed, or otherwise at risk of exposing others to Covid. This policy will be available for review and signature during the registration process.

Please contact office@arizota.org with additional questions.
