Conference FAQ
What courses/CEs will I have access to?
Participants will have access to all the LIVE courses for the day/days they register to attend. This means a participant can attend LIVE courses in different tracks if they desire. Additionally, because many of the courses will be recorded, participants will also have access after conference to the RECORDED courses from the day/days they register for. The recordings will be available for 6 months from the date participants register for conference.
Participants can therefore earn CEUs from both LIVE and RECORDED courses, amounting to up to 36.5 CEUs if all available courses from both days are attended.
Finally, even more CEUs will be available for participants who attend a poster presentation course. The number of poster presentation CEUs is yet to be determined but will be announced prior to conference.
How will I access live and recorded courses?
Participants will access all courses through the Aspire OT website. Courses will be hosted on Zoom. LIVE courses will begin at their scheduled time with the link for the presentation available approximately one hour before the start time. Each morning during conference, you will receive a reminder for the courses you are registered for.
If you miss a live conference session, you will have access to the recording of the presentation beginning November 8 if the session is being recorded. The course webpage will indicate if the course is NOT being recorded. The recordings will be available after conference has ended. You will have access to all courses for 6 months from the date you registered.
How will I access handouts and other materials shared by presenters?
Handouts will be available within each course on Aspire OT’s website beginning October 15. Attendees will have access to the corresponding handouts for the courses on the day(s) they are registered for.
How will poster presentations be handled this year?
Poster presentations will be pre-recorded. Participants will be able to access a course comprising all pre-recorded poster presentations at their leisure either during conference or up to 6 months from the date they registered for conference.
Participants will be able to discuss the presentations with the authors using interactive discussion boards. CEU hours for the posters will be based on the length of the final pre-recorded submissions which is yet to be determined.
How is my attendance at each course verified?
Aspire OT will utilize two methods to verify your attendance at each course. First, you will be required to complete an attestation of attendance using a special code provided during the course. Second, you will complete and submit a short quiz about the course material.
How will I receive my certificate of attendance?
Certificates will be released automatically upon completion of all exams and required items within the course. Aspire OT, not ArizOTA, will issue the certificates for all courses.
Who do I contact if I experience technical difficulties during the conference?
Aspire OT will provide technical support during the conference if attendees encounter difficulties. Contact info for Aspire OT technical support will be provided to all participants.
