Job Description:

We are looking for superb Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist for one of our Touchstone Communities™ located in Prescott, AZ. Prescott’s mile-high location gives it unbeatable weather and when you mix that with it’s outdoor adventure opportunities, natural beauty, and strong cultural heritage roots you can’t help but be drawn to it. This historic hamlet has the all the beauty and ease of the “good ‘ol days” with the modern convinces of today. This Touchstone facility offers premier elder care services that include rehabilitation, skilled nursing, return-to home care, and attentive care that honors the dignity and preferences of residents.

PT--This position must provide and supervise rehabilitation services within the scope of practice of physical therapy and necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status.

OT-- This position must provide and supervise rehabilitation services within the scope of practice for Occupational Therapy and necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of impairments, functional disabilities or changes in physical function, and health status.

SLP--This position must provide and supervise rehabilitation services within the scope of practice for Speech-Language Pathologists and necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of speech and language disorders, which result in communication disabilities and for the diagnosis and treatment of swallowing disorders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology
• Completing the ASHA Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology and hold the ASHA Certificate of  

          Clinical Completion (CCC). (For SLPs only)

• Proficient oral and written language skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple automated computer applications
