Dear 2008 ArizOTA Conference Exhibitor, Thank you for your interest in the 2008 ArizOTA Conference. The conference will be held on Friday and Saturday, September 19-20, 2008, at the Black Canyon Conference Center. The Black Canyon Conference Center is located at 9440 N. 25th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85029, 602.944.0569. Exhibitor Registration Deadline: Friday, August 31, 2008 Exhibitor Set-up: Friday, September 19, 2008, starting at 7:00 AM. Exhibitor Tentative Schedule (schedule subject to change—see www.arizota.org for most updated schedule):
As an incentive for conference attendees to visit your booth, we will give you a stamp to stamp the Exhibitor Card given to all attendees. All cards will be collected for a gift drawing. If you would like to raffle gifts, please feel free to do so. We will name the winners at our lunches. Additional Information: Hotel Information: MainStay Suites, 9455 N. Black Canyon Highway, Phoenix, AZ (directly behind the Black Canyon Conference Center), 602.395.0900. If you have items to be shipped to the conference center, you may send them to the address above with the following instructions: Attention: Arizona Occupational Therapy Conference: Exhibitor, Sept. 19-20, 2008. If your company cannot attend as an exhibitor, there is an opportunity to promote your company by sponsoring a student to attend the conference for $150.00 or one day at $75.00. The student(s) will wear a badge stating your company is sponsoring their attendance. We are also accepting sponsors for our breakfasts, AM and PM breaks.
