When I moved to Arizona from Wisconsin 3 years ago, the first place I searched for jobs was on the ArizOTA website.  The list was extensive, which made me excited about the multiple possibilities available to me.  I ended up accepting a job with a company listed on that website and continue to work at the same facility.
