2010 ArizOTA Conference Exhibitor Request Form

Dear 2010 ArizOTA Conference Exhibitor,
 
Thank you for your interest in the 2010 ArizOTA Conference. The conference will be held on Friday and Saturday,  September 10 and 11, 2010, at the Black Canyon Conference Center. The Black Canyon Conference Center is located at 9440 N. 25th Avenue Phoenix, AZ, 85029, 602-944-0569.
 
Exhibitor Registration Deadline: Monday, August 31, 2010
 
Exhibitor Set-up: Friday, September 10, 2010, starting at 6:30 AM.
