| Job Description | Rise is currently building a team of professionals to serve Maricopa County's infant and toddler population. We are currently seeking dedicated Arizona licensed Occupational Therapiststo join our Early Intervention team.
Based in the East Valley and S. Central Phoenix. Serving children (birth-3) with developmental disabilities/ delays and their families in their natural environment and/or community settings for all services. Therapists will work as part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team in order to provide screening, evaluation and assessment, and on going services in collaboration with family and other community representatives. Extensive use of coaching model and Team Based Approach to meet the needs of children and families in the AzEIP program. Flexible scheduling. This is a contract position. EOE |
| Qualifications | *Must hold or be eligible to hold Arizona state licensure.
*Hold all necessary credentials for each respective field. *Pediatric experience. *Experience providing services in a natural setting. *Able to pass a background clearance and obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card. *Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. |
