| Job Description | ABOUT US:
H.O.U.S.E. provides therapy and habilitation services to children with developmental disabilities. We provide speech and feeding, occupational, physical, and music therapies, in addition to habilitation hourly and habilitation communication programs. Our center offers a home environment with a full functioning kitchen, a living room, an indoor play area with soft gymnastics equipment, along with audio-visual-computer room, sensory room and train room. We provide services at our center and in home. We have an open environment, child-centered, child-led approach to our services. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Hold a current or eligible for Arizona State Licensure. Candidate must have practicum or work experience in pediatrics. CPR, First Aid, and Fingerprint Clearance eligible. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Work one-on-one or in small groups with the client(s) to facilitate with challenges in sensory integration, fine motor, self-feeding, visual-perceptual deficits, and social interaction. We emphasize family education to assist with the client's overall progress. Therapists will evaluate skills and design appropriate treatment plans to meet the needs of the client and the family. Collaborate with other therapists. Design treatment plans to incorporate activities in an indoor play area with soft equipment, craft, cooking, gardening, and art activities to maximize the clients' functional skills.
