This 2.5 day workshop will focus on improving manual skills utilizing evidence based PNF interventions for selected upper extremity conditions. Both orthopedic and neurological impairments will be addressed. Previous knowledge of PNF will be helpful but not necessary as an optional review of the PNF basics will be offered the night before the workshop. This course will be laboratory intensive to learn appropriate patterns and techniques through hands-on experience, with supplemental video analysis to enhance learning. Ratio of participant to lab instructor will not exceed 10:1.
